Woman Sitting At Pins

Puss in boots Perrault

Puss in Boots, folktale collected by Perrault, is a wonderful story about the benefits that a pet gives its owner.

As you all know, the youngest son of a miller in medieval law of primogeniture, which governed the inheritance, is private ownership of the mill and the donkey. The third, he only plays the cat and laments his fate.

At this point, the character of the young becomes blurred and the cat will be devoted to trying to change the fate of his master and get out of poverty through the tricks to devise to transform his poor master the Marquis of Carabas, until you actually get and achieve their happiness when he married the princess.

So far, we have all enjoyed this folktale.

However, as a roommate of my cats Alberto and Clara, I can understand this story in a different depth from which to reflect.
.

and generous I can not believe that the axis of the story is composed of the various exploits of the cat to bring happiness to its owner. Indeed, our pets, in times of loneliness and poverty similar to those of Miller, give us every day moments of love and unexpected company for most mortals.

is surprising not that the cat understands that his master requires additional human and other company of the other lot better, and is the companion to accompany you on this transition. Do we ask our animals exclusivity? Not at all And yet, how much they appreciate our presence!

Is the mission of my Pet cats happy with me for higher and further from what they offer me? It seems poignant that, once married the miller's son, cat missions can be met, and the story ends.

So is the story of a pet whose life was destined to make you happy? What is the future life of Puss in Boots? Has this story been a huge metaphor for everything we give the pets, when the world is turning to so many lonely, neglected, deprived or replete with everything, but with a special niche that only they know how to fill ?

Sometimes I think my cats, creatures that I see, my dear trees and plants that I enjoy so much, I connect in a special and different from life, nature and link me to love myself ...
