When permanent partners are single, or one or two, divorced or widowed, or previous marriage annulled, such as Law 54/90, art. 2, no impediment to marry each other, society is formed between them assets, provided they have at least 2 years of cohabitation (the legal reason is that these people have no previous marital respect in right).
